Following two past successful collabrations with Celebrity Chef Florence's Dapur Nyonya and Celebrity Chef Ismail's Dapur Berapi during the month of Ramadan at Promenade Café in Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu, Promenade Hotels & Resort will this time around, fly Celebrity Chef Dato' Fazley 'From Rembau to KK' (at Promenade Café, Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu) and 'From Rembau to Bintulu' (at Peppers Café, Promenade Hotel Bintulu).

During the pre-launch of Promenade Cafés 2019 Ramadhan Buffet sungkai 'From Rembau to KK', which was officially witnessed by Guest of Honour - Y. B Datuk Christina Liew, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Tourism, Culture & Invironment Sabah, chef Dato' Fazley showcased his unique - sweet Table Demonstration - a theatrical made-on-the-spot dessert at Promenade Café, Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu.

The themed for this year's Ramadhan at Promenade Café 'From Rembau to KK' , was inspired by Chef Dato' Fazley's SukaSucre Bistro: From Rembau to Paris - An award-winning family restaurant. Originated from Negeri Sembilan, Chef Dato' Fazley's signature dishes include:-

▪️ Kerabu Daging Salai
▪️ Salted Egg Yolk Cream Pasta
▪️ Daging Salai Lemak Cili Api Dengan      Mangga Muda
▪️ Rendang Daging Minang
▪️ Ayam Pop Sambal Hijau
▪️ Udang Salai Lemak Cili Api Dengan Ikan Masin
▪️ Seafood Salai Station with 5 sauces (Sambal Hijau Sambal Merah, Sambal Minang, Sambal Kicap and Sambal Asam)

All will be featured in Promenade Café's buffet Sungkai spread throughout the month of Ramadhan together with Promenade Café's very own signature dishes such as Rendang Ala Firdaus and existing international buffet dinner spread.
